Membership Renewal

These are the instructions for Membership Renewal for May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
Follow the steps listed below to successfully complete the renewal process.
1. Read the updated Rules & Agreements
2. Fill out the attached contract COMPLETELY—you must sign.
3. Include a copy of Proof of Residency such as utility bill, deed, home insurance or other acceptable documentation with name and address clearly indicated (current within the last 3 months).
4. Include a copy of your driver’s license showing name and address; you may black out the license number.
5. Include a check or money order (must be signed on front) payable to LBCGA for $160.00 (no cash) plus any desired donation which can be allocated for a specific project or as needed.
6. Mail the contract, proof of residency copy, driver’s license copy and check or money order in an envelope (not provided) – either by US Postal Service or in the garden mailbox in front of the small barn in the orchard.
When your renewal package has been received and approved you will be mailed one or two vehicle sticker(s) depending on how many vehicle passes/gate openers are paid for according to LBCGA records. Place the new sticker over the old sticker on the currently assigned tag(s). Copies of your license and utility bill will be placed in secure files.
