Long Beach Community Garden Association, Inc. Rules and Regulations Fees Annual dues for memberships are $100.00 and are prorated after January 1, with fees subject to change. Gate openers are $15.00(non refundable) per opener (this is the fee for the life time of the membership).  Gate openers and passes are limited to 2 per plot by agreement with the City of Long Beach.  A $50.00 fee will be charged for returned checks and subjected to change.
